Our Journey
Raft is the answer to the problems of an industry which frequently fails to put client satisfaction outcomes at the forefront of what is done.
We have heard too many first hand accounts of people who were sold structures that were not actually fit for purpose who were then left with businesses that were unviable, unbankable or overpriced.
Because of issues like these, approximately 20% of companies in the UAE do not renew their licenses each year.
The current standard of service is poor.
Clients need a provider they can trust to set them off on the right path and keep them ahead of any future issues they may face, which is why we established Raft.
We are a service provider that understands both what our clients are looking to achieve and the pitfalls they need to avoid.
We understand that clients don’t want to wade through pages and pages of information, so we recommend the right solutions to our clients and tell them to “Consider it done.”

Aiman is a fintech specialist and software engineer who has spent his career solving technology friction points across the Middle East and Europe.
Having previously served as a CTO within the corporate services sector, he saw first hand how "old school" workflows stymie growth for modern businesses.
At Raft, Aiman leads the mission to replace manual paperwork with intelligent automation, freeing the team to focus on what matters most: building proactive, high-value client relationships.

Michael’s expertise in the UAE corporate landscape comes from his background as a Director in corporate services and a founder of a consultancy firm. He has overseen everything from capital market listings to high-growth startup formations.
Michael co-launched Raft to eliminate the opacity and misaligned incentives common in the industry.
He bridges the gap between complex regulation and seamless execution, ensuring that clients can hand over their problems or goals with full confidence.
